Post quantum private chain from the genesis block.

Quantum safe signatures from block zero. Permissioned validators with enterprise grade privacy. Sub second finality on infrastructure you control, deployable from a single node to a global consortium.

Our inspiration

The Future is at Risk

Quantum computers will break the cryptography securing today's blockchains, financial systems, and private networks. Harvest now, decrypt later attacks already put long lived data in jeopardy. The window to migrate is closing.

Abstract illustration of encryption dissolving under quantum threat

A private chain built for the post quantum era

Kwantro is a permissioned blockchain designed from genesis with post quantum cryptography, enterprise privacy controls, and validator infrastructure you own. Deploy a sovereign network in weeks, not years.

3D stippled chain links representing private blockchain architecture

Every link quantum hardened

Kwantro's private chain architecture weaves post quantum cryptography through every consensus round. Validators communicate over encrypted channels while the network maintains deterministic finality.

From key ceremony to production in four stages

Launch a quantum safe private network with a guided deployment pipeline. No public mempool exposure. No retrofitted cryptography.

  1. 01

    Define your consortium

Invite validator organizations, set governance rules, and configure network permissions.

  2. 02

    Run the key ceremony

Generate PQC validator keys in your environment with hardware backed isolation.

  3. 03

    Deploy validator nodes

Provision on premise, private cloud, or air gapped infrastructure with one command.

  4. 04

    Go live with smart contracts

Deploy EVM compatible contracts on a chain that is quantum safe from block zero.

Layered diagram of Kwantro deployment architecture

Everything required for a sovereign private chain

Six core capabilities that separate Kwantro from public ledgers and retrofitted enterprise blockchains.

01

Quantum resistant cryptography

CRYSTALS Dilithium signatures and Kyber key exchange at the protocol layer. No ECDSA fallbacks in the critical path.

02

Private by architecture

Permissioned consensus with encrypted mempools. Transactions never touch a public network boundary.

03

Validator sovereignty

Each member runs their own node. Full control over block production, upgrades, and key lifecycle.

04

Sub second finality

BFT consensus delivers deterministic finality under 800ms with predictable throughput for enterprise workloads.

05

EVM compatible runtime

Deploy Solidity contracts with extended precompiles for PQC verification and private state channels.

06

Compliance ready audit trail

Immutable ledger with selective disclosure. Export audit logs for SOC 2, HIPAA, and financial regulators.

Enterprise consortium network illustration

Built for industries that cannot afford quantum risk

Kwantro secures high value data and transactions across regulated sectors where privacy, auditability, and long term cryptographic safety are non negotiable.

Financial services

Interbank settlement, tokenized assets, and trade finance with quantum safe settlement finality.

Healthcare & life sciences

Patient data exchange, clinical trial records, and supply chain provenance under HIPAA aligned controls.

Government & defense

Classified document registries, identity systems, and cross agency workflows on sovereign infrastructure.

Energy & utilities

Grid telemetry, carbon credit tracking, and multi party infrastructure agreements with tamper proof logs.

Supply chain

Multi party provenance from manufacturer to retailer without exposing competitive data on public chains.

Research consortiums

Shared compute results, IP registries, and grant disbursement across universities and labs.

Post quantum stack, end to end

Every layer of the Kwantro stack is engineered for the NIST post quantum transition. No bolt on modules. No optional upgrade paths.

  • Signatures CRYSTALS Dilithium 3
  • Key exchange CRYSTALS Kyber 768
  • Hashing SHA 3 / BLAKE3
  • Consensus BFT permissioned (Tendermint derived)
  • Runtime EVM+ with PQC precompiles
  • Networking TLS 1.3 + Kyber hybrid handshake
  • Storage Encrypted state DB with ZK snapshots
  • API JSON RPC, gRPC, GraphQL indexers

Your network. Your validators. Your rules.

Kwantro uses a permissioned validator set where each consortium member operates independent infrastructure. No anonymous miners. No external dependency on public chain security.

  • Minimum 4 validators, recommended 7+ for Byzantine fault tolerance
  • Hot key rotation without chain halt via PQC key update transactions
  • Slashing and governance modules configurable per consortium charter
  • Hardware security module integration for production key storage

Common questions

Everything you need to know before deploying a Kwantro private chain.

What makes Kwantro different from Hyperledger or Corda?

Kwantro is PQC native from block zero. Unlike classical enterprise chains planning future upgrades, every signature, key exchange, and validator identity uses NIST approved post quantum algorithms today.

Can we migrate from an existing private chain?

Yes. Kwantro provides migration tooling for state export, validator onboarding, and parallel run periods. Our team supports consortium cutover planning as part of early access.

Is Kwantro compatible with existing Solidity contracts?

Most EVM bytecode deploys without modification. PQC specific operations use new precompiles. We provide a compatibility checker in the developer CLI.

Where do validator nodes run?

Anywhere you control: on premise data centers, private VPC on AWS, Azure, or GCP, or air gapped environments. Minimum spec is 8 vCPU, 32GB RAM, 1TB NVMe.

How does Kwantro handle harvest now, decrypt later attacks?

All data encrypted with classical algorithms on ingress is re encrypted with Kyber hybrid schemes. Historical chain data is signed with Dilithium, not ECDSA, so captured ciphertext has no future decryption path.

What is the pricing model?

Early access consortiums receive dedicated support and custom SLAs. Production pricing is based on validator count and support tier. Contact us for a tailored quote.
